Office Manager
Debbie Sullivan serves as the First Baptist Church Office Manager, beginning her time here April 15 of 2024. Debbie has worked in the area for over 35 years, and served as Church secretary at First Presbyterian Church of Independence, for 12 years before coming to FBCI. Debbie and her husband, Rob, have two grown children and two grandchildren and one on the way (2027) living in the KC area. Rob and Debbie along with 4 pets reside in E. Independence. Debbie is a committed servant, and expresses her faith through her services in our ministries.

And if you’d like to see the church before Sunday, we’d be happy to give you a personal tour. We can even show you our historic auditorium from the 1800s. It’s a wonderful part of FBCI’s story and something you don’t see in many churches!
Most of all, when you visit, I’d really like to meet you. Please introduce yourself and let me know it’s your first time with us. It would be my privilege to welcome you personally.
When you arrive, stop by the Welcome Center in the main foyer. Our team will help you find your way, answer any questions, and we’ll have a small welcome gift waiting for you.
